Offer Description:
We have 27K feet of white oak, 2 by 12" by 15 foot. As you'll see in the photos, the boards were stacked edge to edge in concrete forms to create walls. They are 60 years old and were the walls at a municipal water storage facility (it's water, not waste water or sewage). They are all 2" thick, 11-12" wide and 15 foot long. There are absolutely no nails on the faces. There are exactly two nails on the far edge of each board, but they fall right out. I've attached pics of the material on site, wire brushed, sanded and planed. Vast majority are 11.5-12" wide and 1.75"-2" thick. Small percentage are down to 1.5" thick and less than 11" wide. Scaled the entire load at 1.75" thickness to accomodate for any boards that can't be split in half. Price dependent on quantity.
