9500 board feet of pressure treated southern yellow pine. We did a barn cleanout and the owner's children believe this was purchased appx. 20 years ago, for a project their dad never completed. They have been stored indoors the entire time and were never used. They are MASSIVE. We called to multiple companies around the country and most wouldn't even take special orders for timbers this size and the ones who would were charging upwards of $20/board foot. There are 5 by 7's, 6 by 12's, 10 by 12's, 12 by 12's, 12 by 18's and 18 by 24's! Lengths range from 10-28 feet with the majority being over 16 ft. We have a full list of the timber sizes upon request. With the beams comes 50 pieces of 1.5" thick by 7.5" wide by 15.5 ft long pressure treated decking as well as 36 pieces of 2" thick by 5.5" wide by 14 foot long pressure treated flooring (with t&g). CCA rating- rated for commercial, industrial or marine. Timbers are located in Kitnersville PA and we can have a machine on site to load. Asking $2/bf but will consider any reasonable offer.
