Offer Description:
Retiring from the Reclaimed wood business, looking to liquidate inventory well in excess of 250,000 board feet of lumber stored under cover and palletized. Located in Bay City, Michigan. Inventory consists of the usual Barn materials like Beams, 1x, and dimensional stock, and a large amount of Douglas Fir dimensional stock from a huge building built in 1919 which was the former Aladdin Readi-Cut Homes Mill. There are other random lots of materials from other sources such as wide boards from large foundry casting pattern boxes. I believe the actual bf count would exceed 300k but am content calling it 250k for the purpose of liquidation. Looking for the best offer on the lot, and time to remove is negotiable.
