For sale are 130 large old growth Redwood Wine Tanks-550,000 board feet of wood approx. There are also cat walks full of Douglas Fir planks. These tanks were built between 1958 and 1960 and have been indoors ever since. They have been cleaned between uses and were just decommissioned last year. The wood is in perfect condition and the tanks are likely rebuildable once removed. We are selling this as an entire lot at $5.50 a board foot if we demo and $5.00 a board foot if buyer has their own team do demo-plus buyer reclaims all steel bulk heads, catwalk Douglas Fir and catwalk framing and buyer keeps recycling proceeds. All Tanks are between 18’-19’ tall. About half of the tanks have staves 7.5" wide at bottom tapering down to 6 3/4" at top. The other half are tanks with staves 5.5" wide at top and 5 1/4" wide at bottom.
