This solid , 12x12 unit comes from a 1920’s tobacco farm located in Mount Airy, NC. (Same town Andy Griffith show was filmed, Mayberry).
-The floors are dry and in great shape, along with the original tin roofing. Logs are mixed species Chestnut, Oak and Poplar.
-The structure is in good enough shape to be loaded onto a flatbed trailer with reinforced supports.
-Can be tagged and disassembled, for reassembly at additional cost.
-With the rock foundation included, it will also come with extra logs from same property for any repairs etc.
Original tobacco farms are becoming scarce. This unit is still on the property in Mount Airy, NC but ready for purchase and delivery.
