Dense, old-growth Douglas Fir with an interesting twice-reclaimed history. The timbers were originally salvaged and repurposed in the 1970s for a large dining and entertainment complex, where they remained in exposed service for approximately 40 years before being reclaimed again.

The timbers had been previously creosote-treated before being sandblasted in the 70's when installed in the restaurant complex - removing much of the topical treatment and producing the deeply textured surface they retain today.

Additionally, the inventory has been professionally fumigated as a preventative maintenance measure while stored in our yard.

Sold by the truckload OR by the banded unit (typically 18 timbers).
