We are in the process of dismantling a 100+ year old house and have oak available The ~2 x 8" x14' (we will know the exact inventory once it's all removed) wood has need indoors as floor joists (so nail holes are on the top) it's entire life. Straight, very few if any small knots, Nails have been removed and it's rough mill sawn. We have about 30 of these available now with a few more by weeks end. We also have the house band which should be out by weeks end as well. It is OAK, 6" x 8" with lengths up to 20'. Price is $7 bd ft
