Looking to retire from the reclaimed wood business and develop or sell my 3.5 acre property. On offer is my entire reclaimed wood inventory which easily exceeds 300,000 bf. Priced to sell as a lot, asking only 1.00 per bf or Best Offer based on the 300,000 bf minimum amount of material. Lots of gravy in the deal. I can certainly send some basic current photos but you’ll have to see for yourself to appreciate the scope as each side of the lumber shed is 4 pallet rows deep and stacked tall. Located in Bay City, Michigan 48708. Call Bill for photos or more information. The material is palletized and the bulk is kept in the 5000 sf lumber shed, and more than 50,000 bf vertically displayed or standing in pallet boxes in the main warehouse building. Inventory is mixed, some from Barns including beams, siding, Brownboard and, the typical dimensional material. There is a fair amount of Douglas fir dimensional in 6,8,10, and 12” widths mainly from a large 1919 wooden structure that was 40,000 sf in size. The balance is a diverse variety of materials such as flooring, trim, etc. I would like the main building emptied first. Time to remove materials in lumber shed is negotiable, Telehandler forklift is available on site for loading. There is also a large amount of wood not factored in to the 300k which could be an add on lot which consists of large wooden boxes made to house sand casting patterns for large Industrial equipment. These are typically made from wide boards, certainly worth dismantling. Many of these are made to be dismantled to 4 sides and the base. There are some patterns made of mahogany.
