I am offering a rare opportunity to buy an entire product line in 1 fell swoop. 4000+ authentic antique hardwood rolling shoe factory racks from the 1900’s in 1 location, and a ton of very marketable extra parts manufactured in USA. Looking to sell as a lot, but willing to wholesale a sample lot to test in your market. Call Bill to discuss further. My history with these racks began more than 40 years ago as the East Coast shoe factories closed down and production moved overseas. They have been a popular well known item with a long track record of salability. I currently market them mainly on my Etsy shop factoryracksandbarns if you want to see photos of some of the various versions. There are many more sizes and styles in my inventory than are listed, there are multiples of mostly all styles. I have a considerable amount of time invested in the lot, most notably I denailed, disassembled & sorted the full racks to base components which are the end pieces, shelves, and bases not to mention storing them. I palletized them to save warehouse space going from over 12,000 sf to less than 3000 sf. They are sturdy and well engineered Mortise & dowel construction, so it’s like a giant set of tinker toys and parts are interchangeable. As I stated, 90+ percent is already palletized and ready to load. I am asking 125.00 per rack based on 4,000 complete racks minimum yield. I am certain the number of actual racks able to be produced would exceed 4500, so there is plenty of gravy. Additionally there are the barrels and barrels of antique cast iron casters, not to mention the extra parts some of which I also market on Etsy, specifically the rows of pegs for boot racks & hanging other items like skis, fishing gear, garden tools, etc.. I have thousands of those I sell regularly. The warehouse has a truck dock for easy removal. Must See in person to appreciate. I also have a 300,000 bf inventory of reclaimed barn wood & 1919 Douglas fir dimensional. I’d make a great package deal for my entire inventory if you wanted more bang for your buck.
