On Site Management Construction has been constructing distinguished mountain homes, western ranches and light commercial structures with reclaimed lumber throughout the Northern Rockies for over 30 years. The lumber division of OSM Construction manages a large inventory of hi-graded lumber salvaged from agricultural and industrial structures; all with original, aged surfaces. Our inventory is available to the public. Carefully sourced throughout North America, this is a diverse inventory organized into 14 different types of lumber which includes indigenous hardwood and softwood species. Our predominant types of aged lumber include Montana Corral Board, Authentic Hand Hewn and Sawn Timber, 1x6 Montana Snow Fence, 2x and 3x Joist/Rafter Stock, and Northern White Oak. Our lumber is received, hi-graded, inventoried, stored in a dry Montana climate and ready for selection.
