Product: Rough Green Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) Square Cants
Raw Log Requirement: Minimum 12inch SED (Small End Diameter) and up
Finished Product: Large rough square cant, approximately 200 mm × 200 mm up to 240 mm × 240 mm, depending on log diameter. We prefer one maximum-size square cant from each log to maximize recovery.
Condition: Green / No Kiln Drying
Treatment Required: Heat Treatment (HT) suitable for export to South Korea,
Anti-Blue Stain / Anti-Sapstain treatment
Export treatment documentation / certification
Machining: Rough sawn, four sawn faces. Reasonable wane may be acceptable.
Quantity: Initial trial of 3–5 × 40HC containers. Target ongoing volume approximately 100 × 40HC containers per month, approximately 2,800 m³ / 1.2 MMBF per month.
Lengths: Please advise available lengths. Longer export lengths are preferred.
We are looking for a long-term supplier or sawmill capable of consistent monthly production. This is not standard dimensional lumber.
